Contract-to-hire starts the person on our payroll and converts them to your employment after an agreed period. Permanent recruitment covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support, priced as a percentage of annual salary. Managed delivery pods provide a small team with our own lead and reporting cadence.
Coverage is software and data engineering, cloud and DevOps, QA and test automation, AI and ML support roles, IT service desk, plus back-office and operations staff; shortlists for technical roles are reviewed by engineers who do that work. Contract staffing is role-based and interview-led, while manpower supply is volume-based deployment supervised by us with replacement cover. Search timelines depend on role and market and are quoted per requirement.
